Google debuted the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Pixel Watch. The firm also revealed more information about its anticipated Pixel tablet in 2023. Overall, since Google has already leaked something, it’s reasonable to expect that the hardware is there.

The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be available on October 13th. The Pixel 7 starts at $599, which is identical to the price of the Pixel 6. Its OLED display has decreased in size, going from 6.4 inches to 6.3 inches, but it retains the same 90Hz refresh rate. It now incorporates Samsung’s 4nm process with 2 Cortex-X1 + 2 Cortex-A76 + 4 Cortex-A55 chips, as well as improved frequency versus its predecessors (from exposure). In terms of running scores, it is close to but not quite comparable to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. While the overall design remains mostly unchanged, Google has improved the Pixel 7’s photo quality and added some additional features. The new camera system includes support for 4K/60 fps video on each lens, as well as the ability to shoot at a cinematic level, which can use AI to remove previously unrecognized elements in photos taken earlier. Blur and noise are reduced.

Google’s Pixel 7 Pro is the company’s true flagship phone for 2021, priced at $899. It features a larger QHD display with an LTPO layer that can efficiently adjust its refresh rate between 10Hz and 120Hz. Though the screen is important, the camera seems to be the primary reason for the price gap between models. The Pixel 6 Pro has an ultra-wide camera that creates a wider field of view and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera with slightly improved Super Res Zoom (from 20x to 30x) as well as another level of optical zoom, going from 4x in the old model up to 5x. Just like with the Pixel 7, Google is advertising 4K/60fps capability across all of its new cameras–even the selfie camera!

Pixel 7 is equipped with a 4355mAh battery, supports 21W wired charging and 20W wireless charging, and provides 8GB storage and 128/256GB storage options. The Pixel 7 Pro is equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supports 30W fast charging, provides 12GB of storage, and is available in 128/256/512GB storage space.
